How I Work

PHASE 1

Set campaign objective and goals.

Research and gather data for creating persona/target audience, ad creative, copy, and angles.

PHASE 2

Ideate and create offers and campaign assets.
(ads, copy, creatives)

PHASE 3

Build and launch campaign. This step includes setting up analytics and tracking.

Common KPIs I monitor:

ROAS, CPA, CPM, and CTR.

PHASE 4

Monitor and analyze results and identify trends and next testing opportunities in phase 5.

PHASE 5

Optimize and scale campaign.

My Principles Regarding Teamwork

Principle 1: Clear and consistent communication is always required.

Anytime we have meetings, we always need recaps and confirmations. I use Slack or email to send meeting recaps with a call to action that says, "Am I missing anything?" to confirm next steps and action plans.

The same is true when scheduling or setting up meetings and agendas.

Principle 2: Alignment is beautiful and makes for a pleasant collaboration session.

Anytime we collaborate, it's essential to collectively understand what success looks like and how to move from start to finish effectively. I like to begin collaboration sessions by going over the agenda with the team and clarifying any uncertainties so that we can all have the knowledge and confidence to do great work.

Principle 3: Diversity is essential.

Everyone must be respected and heard. Being an agile marketer that's used Kanban and Scrum, I love the daily standup ritual and using timeboxing to make sure everyone gets a chance to share and speak while being respectful of the time limitations.
